Do you 0ffer alterations?

Yes, we have two highly experienced and reliable seamstresses with more than 25 years of bridal experience available for your specific needs. Both seamstresses have been with Annabelle Bridal since we've opened, available for your bridal needs.

Are alterations included in the price of the gown?

Expert tailors are available by appointment to customize your bridal needs. Alterations are an additional charge and vary depending on style, fabric, detail and the alterations that are needed. Quality is key and we feel that alterations are an important aspect of your bridal shopping experience. Experience has shown that free alterations result in poor quality. We provide you the ease of knowing that Annabelle Bridal  will be there for you up until your big day.

Do you accept returns?

All sales are final. This final sale policy is consistent with the industry standard for bridal and special occasion apparel.

Do you accept payment options?

When you order your dress, we require a 50% deposit, payable with cash, check or credit card. Balance is due upon arrival.

If I have found a dress in a bridal magazine or on the Internet, can I call your store to see if you have it or order it?

Yes, please do!  Please have the name of the manufacturer and style of the dress you wish to order. Please check Annabelle Bridal website for details.  Please call us at (440) 528-0022 or visit us for personalized service.

Do you offer any discounts or incentives?

Yes, if you purchase your bridal gown at Annabelle Bridal, we do offer special discounts off your headpiece, veil, bridesmaids, flower girl and mothers.

How long does it take for my dress to come in?

Depending on the designer and time of year, a dress can take up to 4-6 months to come in. However, some  designers have quicker delivery times or offer a rush service for an additional charge. Bridesmaid dresses, mothers and flower girls can take up to 3-4 months, normal delivery.

We have dresses from size 0 to size 30.

Can I order extra fabric?

Fabric can be ordered from certain manufacturers. Annabelle Bridal will be able to check the availability and price at the time of your order. Keep in mind dye lots may vary, therefore please order extra fabric upon ordering dresses.

Do all dresses need to be ordered, or can I buy one off the rack?

Most dresses in our store do need to be ordered, however we do have a large off-the-rack selection of dresses for your special occasion.

If I live out of town, how long do I have to pick up my dress?

Annabelle Bridal will store your dresses for no additional charge, however dresses must be paid for upon arrival. If you live out of town, we do offer shipping for an additional charge.  Please allow extra time for delivery and alterations.

How far in advance should I order a dress?

Orders for all bridal fashion can be placed up to one year in advance. The order will not be placed until all deposits have been paid and ladies have been measured.

Do you offer wedding gown and veil preservation?

Yes, we work with Wedding Gown Preservation Co.  to preserve your wedding memories!
